DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 14) ORDER 2004

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 131) Order 2002 comes into force on 7th February 2004.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the fish rearing cages belonging to Scottish Sea Farms Limited at the site known as Shuna, situated north east of Shuna Island in the Sound of Shuna, Argyll (OS grid ref: NM 925 497) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
