The estate of Brian Campbell, 13 Drumpark Street, Coatbridge ML5 5SS was sequestrated by the sheriff at Airdrie on Tuesday 13th January 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Robert C Wallace Esq CA, R Wallace S.I.P. Ltd, 110 Cadzow Street, Hamilton ML3 6HP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 13th January 2004.
