The estate of Raymond Porter, 17 Ferguson Crescent, Mintlaw, Peterhead AB42 5EQ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Peterhead on Wednesday 7th January 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to E R Alexander Esq CA, Ritson Smith, 16 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1XF, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 7th January 2004.
