Notice is hereby given that on 19th December 2003 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh (“the Court”) by Clyde Bergemann Investments Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC017951) with its registered office at 1 Redwood Crescent, East Kilbride, Glasgow, G74 5AP (“the Company”), seeking an order under Sections 130 and 135 to 138 of the Companies Act 1985 confirming the cancellation of its share premium account pursuant to a written resolution of the sole member of the Company passed on 17th December 2003. On 23rd December 2003, the Court pronounced an order that the Petition be advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette and once in The Financial Times newspaper and that any party claiming an interest in the Petition should lodge written Answers to that application, if so advised, with the Court within twenty one days of the last of those advertisements.
