COMPANY DIRECTORS DISQUALIFICATION ACT 1986

Leon Yaffie, formerly residing at Treetops, Lethington Road, Whitecraigs, Glasgow, G46 6TB and now at Room 601, Le Mirabeu, 2 Ave des Cittroniers, Monaco, MC9800 has given a disqualification undertaking which has been accepted by the Secretary of State in terms of Section 1(A) and 7(2A) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 that he shall not be a Director of a company, act as a receiver of a company’s property or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of a company unless (in each case) he has the leave of the Court and he shall not act as insolvency practitioner for a period of 6 years commencing on 2nd January 2004.

All of which intimation is hereby given.
