The estate of Robert Comrie, 54 Cawder Road, Bridge of Allan, Stirling FK9 4JJ was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 18th December 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Christine A Convy, convyclark, Carlyle House, Carlyle Road, Kirkcaldy KY1 1DB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 12th November 2003.
