The estate of Janet Collier, Upper Balgray Farmhouse, Pearsie, By Kirriemuir DD8 5EX was sequestrated by the sheriff at Forfar on Thursday 18th December 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John Sharkey CA, French Duncan, 80 Nethergate, Dundee, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
