Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation of 23rd December 2003:–

(a)	Hugh Langmuir transferred to Thierry Celestin e115 .51 of the interest held by him in the Partnership;
(b)	Vincent Aslangul transferred to Thierry Celestin e75.35 of the interest held by him in the Partnership; and
(c)	Nicholas Paulmier transferred to Thierry Celestin e75.35 of the interest held by him in the Partnership.
