The estate of Evelyn Calder as partners and as individuals currently residing at 37 Charles Crescent, Boghall, Bathgate EH48 1JF trading as Tea Cosy, 6 Livery Street, Bathgate EH48 4HS was sequestrated by the sheriff at Linlithgow on Wednesday 3rd December 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John Michael Hall CA, Haines Watts, 9 Coates Crescent, Edinburgh EH3 7AL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 11th November 2003.
