The estate of Kathleen Duncan, 13 Falcon Gardens, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 5JB was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kirkcaldy on Monday 8th December 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Christine A Convy, convyclark, Carlyle House, Carlyle Road, Kirkcaldy KY1 1DB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
