Sequestration of the estate of

Paramjit Gill

The estate of Paramjit Gill, Flat 3/1, 2 Norval Street, Partick, Glasgow a former partner in the now dissolved firm of Messrs Gill & Co, was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 4th December 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Donald McKinnon, Wylie & Bisset, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4TP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 28th October 2003.
