The estate of Ann Docherty t/a Renaissance Hair Design, having a place of business at 9 Gauze Street. Paisley, and residing at 22 Maxwellton Street, Paisley, PA1 2UB and formally of 5 Arniston Way, Paisley was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Paisley Sheriff Court on 1st December 2003 and Kenneth Robert Craig, Chartered Accountant, 2 Blythswood Square, Glasgow, G2 4AD has been appointed by the court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form with any supporting accounts or vouchers to the Interim Trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims creditors should note that the date of the sequestration is 15th October 2003.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
