The estate of Janet Stewart, Flat 3, 27 Church Street, Inverkeithing, Fife KY11 1LG was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dunfermline on Wednesday 26th November 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to David K Hunter Esq CA, Campbell Dallas, 16 Melville Terrace, Stirling FK8 2NE, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 29th October 2003.
