The estate of William Bryce t/a William Bryce Haulage, 13 Barshare Road, Cumnock KA18 1NL was sequestrated by the sheriff at Ayr on Wednesday 3rd December 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to David J Hill Esq CA, Messrs BDO Stoy Hayward, 64 Dalblair Road, Ayr KA7 1UH, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
