The estate of Christine Helen Cruickshank, 32A High Street, Inverurie, Aberdeenshire AB51 3XQ was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 27th November 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alistair W Duthie Esq, Duthie Ward & Co., 42 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB9 1UP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
