I, Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Chartered Accountant, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EG, United Kingdom, hereby give notice, pursuant to Rule 4.19 of The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 that on 21st November 2003, I was appointed Liquidator of the above named Company by Resolution of the First Meeting of Creditors. A Liquidation Committee was not established.

All creditors who have not already lodged a statement of their claim are requested to do so on or before 21st February 2004.
