ROADS (SCOTLAND) ACT 1984

VARIOUS ROADS, GREENOCK AND GOUROCK (REDETERMINATION OF MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF PASSAGE) ORDER 2003

Notice is hereby given that The Inverclyde Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 in respect of redetermining the means of exercise of the public right of passage over the footways adjacent to the roads described in the Schedule hereto by pedal cycle and foot.

The title of the Order is “The Inverclyde Council (Various Roads, Greenock and Gourock) (Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public Rights of Passage) Order 2003.”

A copy of the proposed Order and of the accompanying plans showing the redetermining of the means of exercise of the public right of passage over the footways together with a statement of the reasons for making the Order are available for inspection during normal office hours Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of:-
