The estate of Marie Colquhoun, 10 Mackenzie Place, Kyle, Ross-shire IV40 8LH was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dingwall on Wednesday 19th November 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to George N MacLeod Esq CA, George N MacLeod, 40 Cromwell Street, Stornoway PA87 2DD, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
