The estate of Emma Suzanne Smith, formerly at Bob Cooney Court, Aberdeen and 295B George Street, Aberdeen and now at Lynwood Cottage, High Street, Drumlithie AB39 3YZ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Stonehaven on Wednesday 19th November 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 19th November 2003.
