Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 11th November 2003, Ian Nicholas Thomson (known as “the Assignor”), transferred all of the interest held in Ythan Scottish Limited Partnership (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL003114, to Special Partner Limited, incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts (company number SC198867), and that with effect from 11th November 2003, the Assignor ceased to be a limited partner and Special Partner Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership.
