The estate of Rachel Paton, 8 Mull Court, Broomlands, Irvine, Ayrshire KA11 1HN was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kilmarnock on Tuesday 21st October 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Robert L Forbes Esq CA, Messrs D M Campbell & Co, 33 Castle Street, Dumfries DG1 1DL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 21st October 2003.
