The estate of Stephen Banks t/a Life Clothing, 18 Merkland Street, Partick, Glasgow G11 6DB was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Monday 10th November 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Gerard P Crampsey Esq CA, Messrs Stirling Toner & Co, Fleming House, 134 Renfrew Street, Glasgow G3 6SZ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
