The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 3066 of the Edinburgh Gazette dated 4th November 2003

COMPANY DIRECTORS DISQUALIFICATION ACT 1986

John Boyd of 40 Adele Street, Motherwell, ML1 2QS has given a disqualification undertaking which has been accepted by the Secretary of State in terms of Section 1(A) and 7(2A) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 that he shall not be a director of a company, act as a receiver of a company’s property or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of a company unless (in each case) he has the leave of the court and he shall not act as an insolvency practitioner for a period of 3 years commencing on 5th November 2003.

All of which intimation is hereby given.
