The estate of Fiona McMorran, 41 Moredun Park Street, Edinburgh EH1 7HF was sequestrated by the sheriff at Edinburgh on Wednesday 22nd October 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Laurence D Grainger Esq CA, Begbies Traynor, 4 Albyn Place, Edinburgh EH2 4NG, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 17th April 2003.
