The estate of Crawford Jolly, 20 Elizabeth Avenue, Kirn, Dunoon PA23 8NW trading as The Harbour Bar & Quay Club, 1/9 Quay Street, Dumbarton G82 1LG was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dunoon on Monday 27th October 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Irene Harbottle, W D Robb, Scott House, 12/16 South Frederick Street, Glasgow G1 1HJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
