The estate of Timothy McKay, 9 Rosevale Road, Larchfield, Dumfries DG1 4HW was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dumfries on Friday 24th October 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to David J Hill Esq CA, Messrs BDO Stoy Hayward, 64 Dalblair Road, Ayr KA7 1UH, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
