Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Impact Assessment has been submitted to Aberdeenshire Council by West Coast Energy Ltd on behalf of Tullo Wind Farm Ltd relating to:

Full Planning Permission for Erection of 8 Windturbines, Substation, Access Tracks and Ancillary Development at Tullo Farm, Laurencekirk

Ref: KM/APP/2003/0756

A copy of the Environmental Impact Assessment and the associated planning application may be inspected during working hours at Planning & Environmental Services, Viewmount, Arduthie Road, Stonehaven and also Laurencekirk Library, Johnston Street, Laurencekirk during the period of 28 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Copies of the Environmental Impact Assessment may be purchased from West Coast Energy Ltd, The Long Barn, Waen Farm, Nercwys Road, Mold CH7 4EW at a cost of £100 (plus P+P).

Any person who wishes to make representations to Aberdeenshire Council about the Environmental Impact Assessment should make them in writing within 28 days from the date of publication of this notice to the Head of Planning & Building Control, Aberdeenshire Council, Viewmount, Arduthie Road, Stonehaven, AB39 2DQ.
