THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 1999

Planning application - reference 03/00383/FULSU - for the construction of a windfarm comprising 33 turbines and associated equipment, including the formation of site access (to the U527) and tracks, borrow pits, construction compounds, control building/sub-station compound, two permanent and up to five temporary wind monitoring masts, at Loch Buidhe, Cambusmore Estate, Dornoch, Sutherland.

The Council has received a planning application for the development described above. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The applicants are RES Developments (S) Limited, Egg Farm Lane, Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, WD4 8JR.

Copies of the planning application and Environmental Statement can be inspected during normal office hours at the following locations:

The application is advertised under Section 34 of the above Act and as a potential departure from the provisions of the development plan, as well as being an application accompanied by an Environmental Statement

Any person wishing to make representations to The Highland Council about the planning application and Environmental Statement should make them in writing to the Director of Planning and Development, Council Offices, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, IV3 5NX within a period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.
