The estate of John Nicol, Flat 46, 40 Drumbreck Court, Glasgow G41 5NQ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Monday 20th October 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Robert M Dallas Esq CA, Messrs Campbell Dallas, Sherwood House, 7 Glasgow Road, Paisley PA1 3QS, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 27th August 2003.
