The estate of Richard Alan Dewar as a whole partner and individual of the partnership of Richard Alan Dewar and Susan Mary Dewar, Auchnacroish House, Torosay, Craignure, Isle of Mull PA65 6AY was sequestrated by the sheriff at Oban on Wednesday 17th September 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alexander G Taggart Esq CA, Messrs A G Taggart & Co, 301 Baltic Chambers, 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow G2 6HJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
