The estate of Robert William Kriisa, 9 Oakwood Avenue, Ayr KA8 0NX was sequestrated by the sheriff at Dumfries on Monday 29th September 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Annette Menzies MIPA, French Duncan, 35 Main Street, Stewarton KA3 5BS, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 29th September 2003.
