DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 79) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 48) Order 2001 comes into force on 11th October 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to Lighthouse of Scotland Limited at the site known as Portavadie situated west of Portavadie in Loch Fyne (OS grid ref: NR923697) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
