The estate of Gordon Alexander Meldrum, formerly residing at 2 Gladstone Place, Braemar and now residing at 9 School Road, Braemar, Aberdeenshire AB35 5YQ was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 4th September 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to E R Alexander Esq CA, Ritson Smith, 16 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB10 1XF, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 22nd July 2003.
