At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened, and held at the Roxburgh House, 102 Roxburgh Street, Greenock, on 15th September 2003 the following resolutions were passed:

Special Resolution

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

Ordinary Resolution

That Nicholas Robinson, Chartered Accountant, of 4 Burns Drive, Wemyss Bay PA18 6BY be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
