Statement by General Partner

(“The Partnership”)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that the following assignations of interest in the Partnership have been made:

(a)	Jens Christian Lorenzen transferred to Artemis Trustees Limited as trustee of The Northern Light Trust all of the interest held by him in the Partnership and Jens Christian Lorenzen ceased to be a limited partner and Artemis Trustees Limited as trustee of The Northern Light Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership;
(b)	Cyril Albrecht transferred to Artemis Trustees Limited as trustee of the Niobrara Trust all of the interest held by him in the Partnership and Cyril Albrecht ceased to be a limited partner and Artemis Trustees Limited as trustee of the Niobrara Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership;
(c)	Niels Carl Alexander Lorijn transferred to Artemis Trustees Limited as trustee of the Carnegie Hill Trust all of the interest held by him in the Partnership and Niels Carl Alexander Lorijn ceased to be a limited partner and Artemis Trustees Limited as trustee of the Carnegie Hill Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership; and
(d)	Eric Gabriel Pathe transferred to Artemis Trustees Limited as trustee of the White Mountain Trust all of the interest held by him in the Partnership and Eric Gabriel Pathe ceased to be a limited partner and Artemis Trustees Limited as trustee of the White Mountain Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership;
