The estate of Andrew Tait, formerly 118 Lyle Road, Greenock, PA16 7AP and 133 Arran Court, Greenock, PA16 7AE and now at 1 Bow Road, Greenock PA16 7JF was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 4th September 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian W Wright, Haines Watts, 1st Floor, James Miller House, 98 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1PJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 15th July 2003.
