The estate of Carol Anne Lauder, 18 The Avenue, Eyemouth, Berwickshire TD14 5DL trading as The Home Arms Bar, High Street, Eyemouth TD14 5EY was sequestrated by the sheriff at Duns on Wednesday 3rd September 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Eric R H Nisbet, The Glen Drummond Partnership, Knightsridge Business Park, 4 Turnbull Way, Livingston EH54 8RB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
