The estate of Michael Hall, 42 Witchwood Crescent, Peebles EH45 9AH was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 28th August .2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John Michael Hall CA, Haines Watts, 9 Coates Crescent, Edinburgh EH3 7AL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
