The estate of Roslyn McGuinness, 22 Bencloich Crescent, Lennoxtown, Glasgow G66 7NB was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Friday 15th August 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Nicholas Robinson CA, Practiser, 4 Burns Drive, Wemyss Bay PA18 6BY, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
