The estate of Alex Speirs, 7 West Main Street, Blackburn, West Lothian was sequestrated by the sheriff at Linlithgow on Wednesday 6th August 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Ian D Stevenson Esq CA, Stevenson Associates, 6 Wemyss Place, Edinburgh EH3 6DH, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 24th June 2003.
