West Dunbartonshire Council Order 2003
The West Dunbartonshire Council hereby confirm that they have made an Order under Section 207 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 authorising the Stopping-Up of:
Part of Roadway/Footpaths, Raploch Crescent/Craigpark Street, Faifley, Clydebank.
Copies of the Order and Relative Plan specifying the part of the road to be stopped-up may be inspected at the office of the West Dunbartonshire Council, (Economic Planning and Environmental Services Department) Council Offices, Rosebery Place, Clydebank, by any person, free of charge, during normal office hours. Any representations must be made to the Economic Planning and Environmental Services Department within 28 days of the date of this notice.
