Sequestration of the estate of

JOSEPH STEVENS

The estate of Joseph Stevens, residing at 68 Caithness Place, Kirkcaldy KY1 3EE was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy on 23rd July 2003 and Eric R H Nisbet, The Glen Drummond Partnership, Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Services, Knightsridge Business Park, 4 Turnbull Way, Livingston EH54 8RB has been appointed by the court to act as Interim Trustepe on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee.

Any creditor known to the interim terustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.

Please note that the date of sequestration for creditors claims is 23rd July 2003
