Notice is hereby given that a petition has been presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by Hunslet-Barclay Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with its registered office at Caledonia Works, West Langlands Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 2QD for confirmation of a reduction of its share premium account and a reduction of its share capital, in which petition, by interlocutor dated 31st July 2003, Lord Carloway appointed the petition to be intimated on the Walls in common form and to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette, Financial Times and the Herald newspapers and allowed any party claiming an interest, to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within twenty one days after such intimation and advertisement.

Any Answers must be lodged at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ.
