At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held within the offices of PKF, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9TH on 22nd July 2003, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:

RESOLUTION

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue to carry on business and that Bryan A Jackson, Chartered Accountant, PKF, 78 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9TH be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
