COMPANY DIRECTORS DISQUALIFICATION ACT 1986

In a summary Application presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court in terms of Section 7 of the above act at the instance of Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Trade and Industry in respect of Steven Stenskie, residing at 7 Dryburgh Lane, Westmains, East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire G74 1BQ, the Sheriff on 30th June 2003 ordered that Steven Stenskie shall not without leave of the Court, be a director of a company or be a liquidator or administrator of a company, or be a receiver or manager of a company’s property or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of a company for a period of 3 years from this date.

All of which intimation is hereby given.
