Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that final meetings of the company and creditors in the liquidation will be held on Friday 5th September 2003 at 11.00 a.m. within the offices of Gerber, Landa & Gee, Chartered Accountants, 11/12 Newton Terrace, Glasgow G3 7PJ for the purpose of receiving the liquidator’s account of the conduct of the liquidation and hearing his explanations of how the assets have been realised and distributed during the period of the winding up.
