The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 1829 of the Edinburgh Gazette dated 4th July 2003.

Notice of Application for a Submarine

Pipeline Works Authorisation

TOTAL E&P UK PLC hereby gives notice in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 2 of the Petroleum Act 1998 that it has made an application to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry for the grant of an authorisation for the construction and use of a system of pipelines between the existing Nuggets N3 manifold and the Nuggets N4 Development Wellhead (NGE).

Maps delineating the route of the proposed pipelines and providing certain further information may be inspected free of charge at the places listed in the Schedule to this notice from 10am to 4pm on each weekday from the date that this notice is published until the date mentioned in the next paragraph of this notice.

Pursuant to a direction of the Secretary of State, representations with respect to the application may be made in writing and addressed to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry at the Oil and Gas Office, Atholl House, 86-88 Guild Street, Aberdeen AB11 6AR (marked for the attention of Mrs Carol Campbell, Offshore Pipeline Authorisations) not later than 1 August 2003 and should bear the reference “RDBC/001/00172C” and state the grounds upon which the representations are made.
