The estate of Ian Ford, 87 Weensland Road, Hawick TD9 9PJ was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 3rd July 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Keith V Anderson Esq CA, Messrs Scott & Paterson, Bruntsfield House, 6 Bruntsfield Terrace, Edinburgh EH10 4EX, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 22nd May 2003.
