The estate of Mark Hogg t/a Mr Hogg Electrical, 12 Yerton Brae, West Kilbride, KA23 9HQ, but whose present whereabouts are unknown, was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kilmarnock on Wednesday 18th June 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Brian Johnstone Esq CA, Manson & Partners, 51 Rae Street, Dumfries DG1 1JD, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Wednesday 23rd April 2003.
