DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 56) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 97) Order 2001 comes into force on 28th June 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the marine waters contained within the salmon rearing cages belonging to Atlantic West Salmon Company Limited at the site known as Eilean Dubh Chollairn, situated north west of Glas Sgeir in Loch Ghreosabhagh, South Harris, Western Isles (OS grid ref NG 158 915) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
